Commitment to Quality

We stand behind our work 100%. Lambchop Designs™ original works are designed to make you, your friends & family feel good. We love making this stuff, and we hope that shows in our exceptional style and quality.

As long as your Lambchop Designs™ artwork has not been personalized and is not custom work, it is returnable within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must provide your receipt to return the item and receive a full refund or store credit. The same policy applies to our t-shirts. See “T-Shirts” below.

If your work has been personalized, we can only accept returns if there is an error on our part in the personalization. If this is the case, please call us or email for return instructions. This must be handled within 1 week of delivery.

Please note the importance of receiving accurate personalization/custom request information! You may call with any personalization changes within 2 days of placing your order. After 2 days, we will be unable to accommodate further personalization changes.

T-Shirts

I always strive to provide proper credits on references I make and pictures I use in my posts. If you find that I have not delivered appropriate credit or need to provide further information, please let me know!

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge 5% sales tax on all works purchased in Virginia or by Virginia residents.

Privacy

We use Google Checkout services to process your credit purchase. The personal and credit card information you provide to us is secure. It will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.

Ownership/Copyrights

By purchasing a Lambchop Designs™ artwork, you agree that, if personalized or custom work is commissioned, Lambchop Designs™, LLC has the right to display the completed work on its website. We will delete last names if you prefer.

All designs on all products, whether purchased from inventory or commissioned as custom work belong to Lambchop Designs™, LLC and Adrianne Bugg. Any reproductions of designs or derivatives of Lambchop Designs™ works created without the permission of Lambchop Designs™, LLC and Adrianne Bugg is strictly prohibited. The Lambchop Designs™ name and its logo are trademarks and property of Lambchop Designs™, LLC. All trademark laws apply and will be enforced. Any use of these marks without the permission of Lambchop Designs™, LLC and Adrianne Bugg is strictly prohibited.
