May I personalize any artwork I want to purchase?
Yes! When you order, simply tell us exactly what you would like personalized and where on the painting you would like it, what color you prefer, and provide us with the exact and correct spelling. A full name or monogram is free of charge. Additional personalization may increase the price of your painting. Email Us for additional personalization inquiries.
Is a Custom Design a lot more expensive?
Not necessarily. Custom work pricing is based on several factors including size of canvas and difficulty/detail of work requested. For more information, contact us or call 804-306-3275!
Will I have to wrap my Lambchop designs artwork when I receive it so that I can give it as a gift?
No! All Lambchop Designs artwork comes to you wrapped. If you have a special message, please let us know and we will write the card for you.
May I return personalized or custom work?
As long as your Lambchop Designs™ artwork has not been personalized and is not custom work, it is returnable within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must provide your receipt/invoice to return the item and receive a full refund or store credit.
If your work has been personalized, we can only accept returns if there is an error on our part in the personalization. If this is the case, please call us or email for return instructions. This must be handled within 1 week of delivery.
Please note the importance of receiving accurate personalization/custom request information! You may call with any personalization changes within 2 days of placing your order. After 2 days, we will be unable to accommodate further personalization changes.
When may I expect to receive my order? May I rush my order?
We can’t wait for you to hang a Lambchop Designs™ on your wall! However, because all Lambchop Designs™ paintings are hand-painted to order, most orders are ready to ship within 10 business days. If Next Day shipping is required, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A “Rush” fee of $35 will apply in this case. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. What are the care instructions for my Lambchop Designs t-shirt?
Your Lambchop Designs t-shirt is one of a kind and requires special care. Please wash it inside out on warm and tumble dry low for best quality maintenance. (Hot water and air are too ouchie for this tee!)
If I make a purchase online, how do I know my information is protected?
We use Google Checkout to process your credit transaction. The personal and credit card information you provide to us is secure. It will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.
